Environmental Responsibility

Wheel Wash International products form part of environmentally responsible development solutions. The goal of the wash system is to reduce construction-associated sediment loading which adversely impacts downstream ecosystems. Mobile units are available in a range of sizes permitting usage over a variety of mobilization footprints. Untreated construction site runoff entering municipal storm water systems or discharged directly into receiving waters has a deleterious effect on spawning habitat and aquatic life.

Units can be used over and over – transportation and relocation within a site is simple. In ground units cannot either be re-built or re-used, constituent materials are ultimately discarded.

Water used is cleaned and recycled – any water carried out by trucks leaving the unit is replenished using a simple garden hose.

Units can be powered electrically using 3 phase construction power.
